Roasted cauliflower from tomatoes
Portion for 3-4 persons.
Components:
- 1 packaging chilled cauliflower ZPS "Maków"
- 1 onion
- 2 spoon of oil
- 10 da of rubbed off yellow cheese
- 2 firm tomatoes
- spice: salt, thyme, alliaceous salt
- fat to smearing of form
- to pouring form
To cook packaging chilled cauliflower ZPS "Maków" according to passed on packaging recipe. After preparation to strain on sieve cooked cauliflower. Onion cut in thin to jump on oil feather to vitrifying. Peeled tomatoes from skin, to cut in slices and to deprive stones. In smeared with fat and poured to arrange with grated roll form on bottom onion and to pour with alliaceous salt and thyme. We on onion arrange tomatoes and cauliflower's pinks. We pour the whole spices and grated yellow cheese. We put in to warmed oven about temperature 200° C and we roast ok. 20 minutes. We pass when cheese melts and it will brown lightly.
Dish can be passed as independent dish or addition can make up to meat dishes.
