COOK BOOK
 Mushroom soup
Portion for 3-4 persons.
Components:
- 1 packaging chilled mushroom soup ZPS "Maków"
- 1 l of light broth with poultry (it can be from ankle)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 spoon of oil to frying
- glass of thick cream
- spice: laurel leaf, several pepper's grains, English herb
- chopped parsley's leavess to pouring soup
We on hot oil jump cut in thin belts onion, when oneself it will vitrify we add cut in ankle tomatoes (earlier peeled from skin and devoid stones). We brown the whole. We to cooking broth add packaging mushrooms soup and we boil about 10 minutes and we add from tomatoes browned onion and we boil still until all components are soft. We spice to taste soup, we take down with fire and we unite from cream. We pass with hot, poured parsley's leavess.
