Juice from black currants
Components:
- chilled black currant's ZPS "Maków"
- glass of sugar
- 1 glass of water
We boil from sugar water, when sugar oneself it will dissolve entirely add chilled black currant's fruit ZPS "Maków" and we boil on large fire the whole by 5 minutes. We pour through lined with sieve hot juice folded gauze several times, we impress lightly, we pour to clean bottles immediately, we close and we pasteurize by 15 minutes in temperature 85°C.
