COOK BOOK
 Compotes from strawberries
Portion for 4 persons.
Components:
- chilled strawberries 1 packaging ZPS
- glass of sugar
- 2 and 1/2 the glass of water
- 50g cognac or aromatic rum
To defrost according to passed on packaging way fruit. We arrange in even portions fruit in compote - dish, we sprinkle with cognac or rum, we put away in cool place on hour not to refrigerator and we cover with dish-cloth. From water and we prepare sugar syrup, cool we flood fruit. Stewed fruit should have peaceful temperature.
