Cherry jam
Components:
- chilled cherry 1 packaging cherry jam ZPS "Maków"
- 1/2 the glass of juice from apple (the best from raw)
- 1 glass of sugar
We in wide saucepan stir juice from sugar all the time heating up on small fire. When sugar oneself it dissolves entirely we add cherry-trees and we boil on average fire by 20-25 minutes. Spread hot jam to clean and warmed jars, we close exactly and we pasteurize in temperature 90°C by 15 minutes. After we descriptions we put away in cool and dark place.
