COOK BOOK
Cauliflower soup with chicken
Portion for 3-4 persons.
Components:
- 1 packaging chilled mushroom soup ZPS "Maków"
- chicken's breast
- 6 glasses of broth with poultry (it can be from ankle)
- tomato
- glass of cream
- 2 spoon of oil
- salt
- spice to soups
- chopped parsley's leavess to pouring soup
Chicken's breast to cut in average of size ankle and to jump on hot oil on gold colour. To cooking broth to add packaging chilled soup. After 3 minutes we add fried chicken's meat and peeled from skin, devoid stones and cut in ankle tomatoes. We boil about 10 minutes, on end we spice to taste. After take off with fire unite from scatter - brained cream and we pour with chopped parsley's leavess. We pass hot.
