Brussels sproust with becon
Portion for 3-4 persons.
Components:
- 1 packaging chilled brussels sproust ZPS "Maków"
- 10 thin da of smoked becon
- 2 spoon of oil
- spice: salt, freshly ground white pepper, fresh chopped parsley's leavess
To cook packaging chilled brussels sprouts ZPS "Maków" according to passed on packaging recipe. After preparation to strain on sieve and pour with cold water, drain off. On oil to brown cut in ankle in ankle bacon lightly, to add Brussels sproust, to to cover with dust with spices lightly and to strangle on frying pan on small fire by about 5 minutes.
To pass as basic dish with poured parsley's leavess richly.
