 Broccoli in spicy sauce
Portion for 3-4 persons.
Components:
- 1 packaging chilled broccoli ZPS "Maków"
- juice from 1/2 fruit lemon
- 1 spoon of oil
- spice: salt, pepper to taste
- 100g spicy sauce (mayonaise, Tatar sauce, garlic sauce)
To cook packaging chilled broccoli ZPS "Maków" according to passed on packaging recipe. After preparation to strain broccoli, pour with cold water and cool. After cooling to arrange on dish roses, to cover with dust with pepper, sprinkle from lemons with juice mixed from oil and pour with spicy sauce.
To pass as hors-d'oeuvre and / or addition to meats.
