 Baked green beans
Portion for 3-4 persons.
Components:
- 1 packaging chilled string bean ZPS "Maków"
- 10 thin da of smoked bacon
- large pore's white part
- 2 spoon of oil
- 1/2 glass cream
- chopped dill's spoon
- 2 spoon of crumbs
- fat to smearing of sheet metal
To cook packaging chilled string bean ZPS "Maków" according to passed on packaging recipe. After preparation to pour with cold water and strain on sieve cooked string bean. To smear form to roasting fat and to spread strained bean.
The preparation of sauce: on hot oil to jump cut in ankle bacon, after browning to take out scratching porks spoon cedzakowa scratching porks and to pour bean. On fat after frying bacon to jump pore cut in thin półkrążki. We brown stirring often, when pore takes golden - hued colour we add cream , spice and dill. We flood with hot sauce bean, we level surface and we pour with grated roll. We roast in warmed about temperature 200°C oven by 20 minutes. We pass when grated roll at the top browns.
String bean was roasted to pass as independent dish.
